We accept payments via Stripe.
A 20% non-refundable deposit of the estimated project price is required to initiate any project.
A yearly service fee is applicable for domain maintenance, website upkeep, and content updates, including copy, images, and metadata.
4. Project Delivery and Client Responsibilities
Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information and materials in a timely manner.
5. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for deliverables created by Twyne LLC will be defined in individual service agreements.
Clients retain ownership of any intellectual property they provide.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation policies and potential refunds for ongoing projects will be outlined in individual service agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability Twyne LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
9. Modifications to the Terms
Twyne LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to the Terms by posting on our website or through other means.
